1 Products
The actual goods can slightly deviate from the articles shown. Exempted are errors pertaining to prices, descriptions as well as illustrations. All prices don’t include shipping unless specifically stated.
Vinyl is a unique product. Every LP looks different from any other LP. We do not guarantee that your LP looks exactly like the one pictured in the store.
2 Contract
When an order is submitted and accepted by Elusive Sound Allenbach, a sales contract is created for the said service which will be confirmed via e-mail. With the submission of an order the customer accepts the GT&C.
3 Terms for delivery
The products are sent once we receive the payment. In general the products should be sent out within 5-10 business days from receipt of payment. Orders containing products with a delivery time are only shipped once complete. The delivery times mentioned are non binding. Compensation claims for non-delivery or because the manufacturer or supplier did not supply (or not in time) are void. Should an article no longer be available by the manufacturer or supplier, Elusive Sound Allenbach can withdraw from the contract and the transferred funds will be fully refunded.
Orders with bank-transfer payment must be paid within 10 business days. Should no payment arrive within 10 business days, Elusive Sound Allenbach can withdraw from the contract and the reservation of article(s) will be voided.
PRE-ORDERS:
Due to the fact that pressing plants face delays of certain weeks up to months, PRE-ORDER-dates are ALWAYS an estimate.
Your order will be shipped once the vinyl has arrived at Elusive Sound Allenbach and after it has been inspected for proper quality.
Elusive Sound Allenbach recommends to check the Label’s Facebook page regularly for updates.
4 Warranty
All records will be inspected before being shipped out. Elusive Sound Allenbach stands for quality with packing and shipping of your orders.
While we do give our best to pack and ship out your records carefully, sometimes things go wrong on the way.
Please understand, that we do not accept returns or exchanges in case of:
– Seam Splits
– Corner Bends
– Corner Bumps
– Minor Tears
– Minor Bubbling (<15 seconds of noise)
– Other minor damages
If your product suffered serious damage(s) like:
– Complete shredding of sleeve(s)
– Broken, severely bubbled or severely scratched vinyl
Do not hesitate to contact us and include quality images of the damages and a good description.
Also immediately report these issues to your postal service.
All claims must be made during 10 days after receiving the goods (period beginning on the day after reception of goods).
5 Returns
We do not offer a voluntarily return of goods.
6 International Deliveries
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. Elusive Sound Allenbach has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Local customs of the destination country can give more information regarding taxes / duties that may apply.
7 Lost packages
Elusive Sound Allenbach is not responsible for lost packages. To make sure that your package is being traced and to qualify for a potential refund, please use the priority shipping option.
8 Data security
The personal data entrusted to Elusive Sound Allenbach is treated as strictly confidential and is not passed on to third parties.
9 Copyright
All texts and pictures on our online shop are copyright protected. The copying and usage of the contents of our website are forbidden without written permission. Trespasses against the copyright will be prosecuted to the full extent of civil- and criminal law with possible claims to compensation for damages made.
10 Place of jurisdiction
Area of jurisdiction is Münchenbuchsee BE, Switzerland.
